This continuing education course is designed to strengthen the leadership and supervisory capabilities of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) practicing in Iowa. Effective supervision is a vital component of high-quality healthcare delivery, ensuring safe delegation, efficient team management, and improved patient outcomes. Through seven (7) structured modules, the program integrates evidence-based principles with practical applications, including case studies, video demonstrations, and interactive exercises to reinforce learning.

Course Completion Requirements:
To complete this CE course and receive full credit, participants must:
